Sprained my wrist 5 months ago, when can I fully start boxing the bag again?
I got really angry at one point, and hit my bag(the bag is 100 lbs) 3 or 4 times at full force with my right hand with no gloves or wraps, and the next day it swelled up, i can move my wrist with no problem now except when doing circular motion it clicks quite loud, I can bench press however when bicep curling it hurts again. any idea what's wrong?
Five months have gone by and your still having problems. I suspect a wrist bone may be out of place since clicks so loud. I suggest you see an a sports medicine physician to get a proper diagnosis and treatment right away. You may end up suffering from traumatic arthritis in two or three decades down the line
