chubbyish i guess, well i shouldn't say that! if i wear clothes that make me look chubby i look chubby but if i am wearing slimming like clothes then i appear average
slim waist (but sum what chubbish, just a tad)
African American (NOT BLACK)
average/big lips and sortaish big nose
good skin
curvy hips

I think you should dress more girly-girl, if you don't already.
To me, dressing more girly boosts my self esteem, and if you're self-conscious about being somewhat chubby, you might like to dress like this.
Maybe wear straight jeans since they accentuate curves more so, and they might slim you down.

Wear some skirts in fun colors, and now during the winter, wear like black tights or black leggings. (Or another color you have)
Uggs are great this time of year and are really comfy and cute. 
I own a lot of them and lovvee them all. Anyways..
For shirts-- Maybe wear some pretty v-necks and blouses? I think white will compliment your skin tone. Pinks too.
