How much should I charge for this cake? Please help!?
So I've started a small side business of making cakes. I have an order that is beyond what I've done yet. It's bridal shower cake that needs to feed 50 people. I've decided to make a 2 tiered cake, lots of chocolate plastic roses(chocolate mixed with corn syrup...makes it shape able" and and something like this http://cakecentral.com/modules.php?name=… as a topper. I can't decide on a fair price. Supplies alone will be slightly pricey for me, and it will surely take along time. I thought maybe $100? is that too high? low?
